Get the whole team there together, with their equipment
Choirs, drama teams, ushers and media crews often travel early and carry bags, instruments or sound gear. If members arrive separately, rehearsals start late and equipment is spread across several cars.
A bus with a driver keeps the team together and gives the equipment a place. Tell us what you are carrying so we can recommend the right vehicle. For larger groups, see our church bus rental page.

Tips for teams travelling with equipment
List the large items such as keyboards, speakers and costume bags, and tell us when you book. Load the heaviest items first, and ask the driver to confirm that the doors, seats and aisle are clear before leaving.
For programmes at the camps, see Redemption Camp and Winners Chapel. For evening events, see gospel concerts and praise nights.
